Our building owner had this company do an install of a new ac/heat package unit. They used plastic flexible duct outside to connect the package unit to the existing duct work. After a few months, the flexible duct work deteriorated from being in the sun and ruptured - a huge hole. All the ac was going out. I called the company and was told - we would not use flexible duct work outside. I said ok, then come see for yourself. They did and they did corrected the issue.
