The real story is this: They fixed the choke shaft, but while sharpening the blade the mower fell off the lift. They immediately called me(within 15 minutes) and took full responsibility for the damage. They were very apologetic and without any prompting from me took it on themselves to replace the whole engine. I have used them before and will certainly continue to use them in the future. It is refreshing these days to find a business that is so honest and that does their best to please the customer.
