+ -1 moreWhen we got the invoice it did not break down the parts or labor, just a final bill for "Replaced and checked operation on thermostat." When I called to inquire to the bill, they thought I still owed for a bill from over a year ago, then asked me to check my records to see if I had paid it. A few moments later, they realized their mistake and said it had been paid.
Description of Work: Replaced a broken thermostat and charged us an outrageous price of $244.
