As long as they knock them down and they spray good, these spiders are tolerable. I guess my house was just built on a spider's way. The best thing about it is they don't bother me, but my son-in-law and 2 grandkids just cannot stand spiders. We go down to our second home to go swimming and it's not where we live all the time, but when they go down there and stay then they always give me a report back. The only problem I've had is Terminix wants to keep going up on my price. I could get a cheaper price in town and I have told them that so they have knocked down on my price, but I think it's an automatic mailing that I get an increase on such and such after so many months. I told them not to send me that. They said it's hard not to send it to me because it's an automatic mailing. I really don't have any complaints about them other than I wish they could completely get rid of the spiders. They are always accommodating. If I call them and say I want them to come inside that day, they will say, "Yes, Ma'am. I have plenty of time" or "I will make time for that." Normally they do the outside and they don't come in the house, but they always come in the house if I ask them to. They always send me reminders about when they are coming and they send it in plenty of time because a lot of time I can't just call and rearrange so they are accommodating and their service overall is good. I checked locally and they are right in line with the $80 that they are charging me. It's what some other places are charging. Every once in a while at the summer home we have, my nephews would go down and say there were little ants, and all I have to do is tell them. Normally I don't have any ants, but I got ants now and I don't know why. They will go in the kitchen, look in all the cabinets, and they will put out the little traps for the ants. Then the next time I go to the house, I don't see any. If I tell them I have a particular problem, they attack that right away. Whatever I tell them, they are going to work on. They are always punctual. They give me a 3-hour window like 1 to 4, or 2 hours like 10 to 12, and they have always been there between that time. They are always there. I've never had them not show up or later outside that time. They are always very nice.

They're excellent. They had come in my house when I'm not there and get that permission. If I hadn't give them permission for that month, they would sprayed at outside of the house and if I needed them come back, they would. I would rank them very high. There's a lot of integrity in the company and the people that come out are very trustworthy and they do a more-than-accurate job. They do the job extremely well. I would use this provider again in the future.

Everything that Terminix has done for me has been wonderful. They do a great job. I have a big house and they do the circumference. It is done by the square foot. I haven't compared their price. I've been in agreement with them for many, many years and the price hasn't gone up. They came very quickly when I did have a problem but that was years ago. I am very pleased and have used them for many years. I wouldn't be afraid to recommend them. I used them on my other house and I was there for 6 years. I have used them for 30 years.
