Description of Work: First off, I would like to say that Mr. Sims is punctual, never avoids calls, and shows up when he says he will. He came to my home on a Sunday to bid the job when most contractors wouldn't even return my calls. On the downside, he did underbid the job and raise the price by 700 dollars and didn't let me know until it was time to pay the bill. He also left the house and deck a mess, it would have been nice to cover my furniture or block off his work area so as to not spread dust and debris everywhere. He also left the old door and windows onsite when he was done, it would have been nice o have them removed. The job went well, looks good, and was finished in a timely fashion. I would post pictures of the work but I don't think the site will let me. If you would like to see them, just ask.
