We reached Remax through another person, we contacted a particular agent with the company and were given her assistant. The assistant came out and spoke with us about listing our home, she was very nice. The realtor came out a couple of days later and met with us and said something completely different from her assistant about listing price. We were not happy but felt she knew what she was doing and listed with her anyway. The house sat for a couple of months with very few showings. We had decluttered and done other things that we were asked but felt the realtor just wasn't interested in selling a smaller, cheaper home. Our house eventually sold but our closing was horrible, no one could get a date set in stone for signing, this went on for almost a month. Numbers were wrong on the documents, we were told two different realtors fees. It was just not a good experience. We were glad to be done with them.
