The fitness director is a very well informed and enthusiastic individual. My Personal Trainer is s perfect fit and is very willing to work with my busy schedule.

Because of my job, I have not been there lately. They have various amounts of exercise equipments. There is never restriction of time to use any of the equipment. One thing that stands out is that bathrooms and locker rooms are always clean.

It's a large facility. They have practically everything I would need to do a good workout. The staff is friendly. Their rates are low. They are reasonable. They have pretty much everything. I have no problems.

I've been going there for a year. The staff is really friendly and helpful. It's a 10,000 sq ft facility. I never have to wait for a machine. They also offer tanning. I pay $10.00 a month.
