Molly Maid

The ladies of Molly Maids are great, on time and do a great job but accidents do happen. One of them knocked over a computer (AIO) and damaged the screen. The management waited two weeks before getting back to us because they said they had to make an insurance claim. After a couple emails to them they finally responded and told us they refused to pay anymore than 350 dollars because they felt like the computer was too old. I attached pictures for anyone looking at this review so they can see for themselves the computer is newer. 350 isn't enough to replace this computer. The ladies are fantastic but William Wallace (I assume a manager, he had no title on his email) does not care about customers and needs to be terminated.

Molly Maid was chosen because I expected a deep clean for an empty rental house.  The carpet had already been removed.  Owner of Molly Maid came back after the "team" had cleaned because the cleaning was so poor. The oven was not cleaned nor the stove top.  Basically I was told that they cannot scrub surfaces because if damage occurs they will be liable and no cleaners can be used that are too strong that the employees will get sick.   They did finally get the tub clean - initially Molly Maid said that it just needed painting which it did not.  Molly Maid did come back when called and they said that they would not continue to clean without additional charges. Definitely have no intention of calling them again for another house.

My house is so clean!!  They did such a good job.  They moved all the furniture and cleaned behind each piece.  I have a Cockerspaniel and he sheds badly.  What a shock to see all the "dust bunnies" piled up.  I will have them back again in probably a month or so.  I highly recommend your service and the services of Molly Maid.

The owner of the business came by for a walk through and estimate at my convenience. After we discussed my budget and the areas the cat loved in the house, we scheduled a date. When the cleaning team of two came, they did a walk through with the owner so she could explain what I had asked of them. They cleaned thoroughly and were very respectful while I was present. I appreciated them squeezing my clean in, even during this busy holiday week. It was a job well done!

Excellent response, arrived polite and on time, went to work immediately.

They did a very thorough job.

I asked the two maids upstairs to specifically not move my books and to not enter my closet or sitting room. The two maids immediately started moving my books into the sitting room then the two proceeded to rearrange the items on my dresser and nightstand and went into my closet several times. In lieu of cleaning, they felt the need to redecorate. They did not clean the bathroom properly as requested and I had to ask them to mop the floor after they stated they had finished. The two downstairs didn't vacuum the den as requested or clean the baseboards. The purpose of the cleaning that I clearly stated to the owner was to deep clean. Four women cleaning should have completed the job however, the four maids did not and stated they would have to return another day and charge an additional fee. Prior to my back surgery I was able to maintain the cleaning down to the baseboards in less time. I needed the service as a fill in while I healed however, this service misses the mark by far. To top it off, one of the maids stole a precious religious icon and stand which I saw her admiring earlier in the day. For the amount of money, one would expect a professional cleaning however this is the complete opposite.
