On the last visit, a team of three ladies arrived on time.
This week's cleaning was mostly a hit & miss, but not by request. The floors in kitchen and bathrooms are usually mopped, but this was skipped. Vacuuming was a hit & miss. Spots of dirt were left here and there. Washer/dryer and refrigerator tops were not cleaned. Due to company being short-staffed by several workers, I declined notifying of less than par cleaning this week.
Over the past year,
Usually a team of four ladies arrive, on time.
The ceiling fans are vacuumed cleaned. Ceiling ventilation fans and bathroom vanity bulbs are vacuumed cleaned, only when requested, since this doesn't seem to be a regularly cleaned item. Bulbs may not be hand-wiped, even if requested. Nicknack items and nightlights are never dusted. Bathroom sinks are wiped clean, but when stains appear after several months of being wiped down, no elbow grease is put in to bringing the clean back up to standard, even upon request. Washer/dryer and refrigerator tops are normally dusted down, but are never cleaned underneath.
After the very first cleaning, the house looked and smelled clean. However, this isn't the norm. About 40-percent of the time, a cleaning rag will be left behind. The team, no matter how many, will service the house between 45 minutes to an hour.
Management is sometimes difficult to work with on scheduling. Our household optimum cleaning time is between 12:30 and 2, in the afternoon, due to a shift worker sleep schedule. After 3 or 4 service dates, the arrival time can creep up to as early as 9:30 a.m. An 18-hour advance notice of arrival time is provided by voice-mail, after company close of business. At least three times management has been contacted, over the past year, about working around my optimum time schedule. I even offer to have a week skipped to accommodate a preferred arrival time. Management was informed, during the last discussion, that I'm ready to end further talks and find someone who can accommodate.
The Bottom Line,
Items have never gone missing, due to service workers, and the house is cleaner than it would be, if left to me.

They were about 30 minutes late due to a cleaning right before our house. Being that they squeezed me in before the Thanksgiving holiday, I didn't complain about their tardiness. The were very nice. Would have done anything I asked. They cleaned the entire house while my husband and I went to town on a few errands. They cleaned everything but did not complete some tasks that we had previously discussed were VERY important. They didn't clean under the beds (where they missed lots of cat hair) and they didn't touch the storage closet, where his litter box was placed with a cat door for him to get in and out. These were VERY important things they missed. They refunded my acct. $75 because they ended up finishing an hour early. Turns out if they had finished the items I requested, they would have used their entire 4 hour block and I wouldn't have gotten a refund. Once they were gone and we realized they did not get certain areas that we requested, I didn't want to call them to come back so we just received our refund and moved on. I probably won't use them again.

They didn't clean fans, utility room, one of the bathrooms, dust the upstairs, clean the door ledges or dust the lighting fixtures. There was a crew of 4 ladies that were here for two hours.
I called and they said that they did everything that I had asked. I could have sent them pictures showing the dust. The furniture was only dusted on front, rather than the whole thing. Nothing on my entertainment center had been moved and I had to clean the dust out myself. Showers were not cleaned.
I should have been there to watch them or should not have paid them upfront before the job was completed.
They did come back a second time after I complained. But, when I came home the only thing that seemed to have improved was that they cleaned the ceiling fans. Again, they failed to move objects to truly clean and only dusted around where they could easily reach.
I asked for my money back and they refused.

I have never had a problem with them. Sometimes they do better than others but the job is always done.
