We went to Lowes to price out replacement windows. What a great experience from start to finish. Special thanks to George, our first contact at the Hattiesburg Lowe’s Window Dept. He gave us the estimate we asked for and set up our appointment with Ron. Ron came to our home and explained the process and made us feel confident enough to sign a contract and order our windows that same day. Every step we had good communication with everyone involved including the front office and delivery personnel. To our local Installation professionals: Thank you Rene, an extraordinary installer and carpenter. He answered all our questions and worked around us and our animals. And his team: Harvey, a professional, thoughtful gentleman and Ken who was brought in to help with the large windows and clean up; nice job. If you’ve been afraid to have work done on your home after watching programs like “Holmes on Homes”, don’t be………..just hire Lowe’s. Everything they told us they would do………..they did. Thank you for our beautiful windows. We our 100% satisfied and will use them again.
