Description of Work: I didn't end up using this company because of the distance and the extra cost. But they were quick to respond to my phone call and seemed very professional.

Description of Work: This company was selected thru a bid process by the city of Hattiesburg to rehabilitate my elderly mother's home. I can report we are extremely pleased with the results. The house was built in the late 1920's by my grandfather. First, the house was completely gutted and inspected for damage, which was exstensive in one area due to termite infestation at a unused chimney location. The damage was removed and replaced. There were chimneys in each bedroom which were removed, this created more floor space. For the first time, the rooms had closets. The plumbing was repaired and bought up to code. The electrical system was rewired and bought up to code and CENTRAL AIR and HEAT added. Electrical outlets were added to walls where there were no outlets before. The old walls were tongue and groove boards. These were replaced with drywall and painted. Insulation is much better throughout the whole house. New cabinets were installed in the kitchen and adjusted so my mother could use them without difficulty. She is less than five feet tall. Peep holes were installed for her. The house is completely handicap friendly. A ramp was added to the exterior. The roof was replaced and vinyl replaced the wooden soffits. In my opinion, this was a restoration with modern upgrades and I am very inpressed with the results.
