Lockhart & Gray

I was introduced to Mr. Lockhart and Mr. Gray before the work began.  We walked thru the house with the city inspector and discussed the repairs that would take place.  My mother and I would drop by sometimes to see how things were going.  Each time, Mr. Lockhart would walk with us and explain what was going on.  He would call me to keep me informed of scheduling.  I can report no problems with the work, although ther was a problem once with the delivery with the windows.  This was the vendors fault and it was the only time.  All other supplies and materials were prompt.  All of the sub-contractors were courteous and professional.
I can truthfully say this was a pleasurable experience for my mother and me.
