Ben did a great job inspecting a home I was planning to purchase. He was extremely thorough and took his time. He literally looked at every square inch of this home (including crawling under it) and gave me a very clear and detailed report. When finished, he sat with me and went over the entire report, emphasizing what was important and what was acceptable in his opinion. I appreciate how thorough he was and would highly recommend him to inspect your home.

He included items that most home inspectors should know about such as a thermostat on the fireplace blower would keep the blower from starting until a certain temperature had been reached, flood lights with dawn to dusk sensors did not allow them to stay on during the middle of the day, how to reset a receptacle and the difference between a burned out light bulb and a true electrical issue.

We've sold and bought homes in six states.  I don't know if the lack of knowledge on how modern items work is typical of Mississippi home inspectors or of this particular individual.  Either way, we have never had items that did not belong on an inspection show up as this one did.  The more items on a list creates a sense of panic on the buyers behalf.

We requested a home inspection on a weekend due to our jobs and working out of state, Ben was very accommodating.
 We met at the beginning of the inspection and voiced some concerns we had with the property. We returned at the end of his inspection and he was very patient and thorough with our questions and his findings during the inspection. He spent extra time speaking with us and going over some things for a second time to ensure that we were comfortable and had our concerns addressed.
His full report was received in a timely fashion, was easy to follow and pinpointed areas of concern.
I am very happy with the services and would hire them again without any hesitation.
