Hattiesburg Maids

The first 3 or 4 times out, they (Danielle and Alex) were great. They were detail oriented, fast, polite, professional, and friendly. I paid $122.00 for up to 4 hours of cleaning each time and they were very good and done in 2 hours (4 "man" hours). The owner followed up with an inspection after the first time and assured me it would be the same great quality every time. Unfortunately, the owner had to go out of town for 3 months and someone else was left in charge. The first visit with Amanda went well, but the second (and final) visit was horrible. Amanda spent 1 hour cleaning and left. After she left I discovered the job wasn't finished, and the things that had been "cleaned" were done so poorly that I had to go behind her and scrub out bathtubs, and clean floors. The game room was skipped entirely. I left Amanda a message conveying my displeasure and didn't hear anything back from her, so I contacted the owner and explained what happened, and provided pictures of the mess that was left. He apologized and assured me that my money for that visit would be refunded. That was on May 2nd, 2018. I still haven't received the refund and when I reminded him about it, I didn't get a reply. The professionalism and integrity seem to have taken a nose dive and I'm greatly disappointed in the lack of customer service. At this time I would not recommend this company to anyone.
