This is our teenage son's car and it's been driven hard (!!!). The right front wheel bearings were shot/gone. I sent him up to Firestone because they have done extensive work on this poor car and KNOW the vehicle (2003 Elantra GT); a LOT of work over the last two years --mechanical and tires! Without an appointment, without advanced notice, they got the car in (at 2:00.PM.) replaced and repaired the front wheel bearings, and got my son back ''on the road'' quickly, without any 'let me try to also sell you this or fix thats', and the repair (as ALWAYS) was solid work, at a good price, done RIGHT, and done quickly!!! What I LOVE about this company is they are never too busy to look at our vehicles, and never too busy not to 'fit them in' for a repair! If the work is something really big (like replacing the engine in our son's car last February), they referred us to an engine repair shop that does only this type of major repair! This location does great work at fair prices, guarantees their work, and does NOT 'jack you around' or cheat you!!!
