Computer Karma of Hattiesburg

My computer was experiencing a problem where it continues to reboot over and over again. I believe they called it Looping. I took the computer to be checked and they kept it a few days, then called and said it was ready. I took it home and within about 15 min. it began to Loop again. I took it back a second time. Same thing, they kept it a few days, said it was repaired. I brought it home and again within minutes it began to Loop again. I took it a third time, they kept it a bit longer, but ultimately could not resolve the issue.
     Let me state for the record that they were super friendly during the whole process and did not charge me on the third and final visit. The bottom line is that I invested time and money and ultimately brought home a computer with the original issue.

Awesome people to be around. I felt very good talking to the gentleman handling the issue. They made me feel right at home. When I took my computer in the first day I was told by the receptionist that it will take about a week to order the part. So about a week later I did receive that call & took my computer down there to get it fixed. They did an amazing job and my computer runs smoothly. It was my first time taking my computer to a repair shop so I was very nervous but they made the experience very comfortable and fun. There was a nice gentleman who actually picked up my bulky computer and put it in my car after It had been fixed. Not only honest men but gentlemen too. The prices are reasonable. Oh, when you go inside you'll fall in love with their plasma tv on the wall. It keeps playing over and over a recording of the Karma computer Volkswagen Beetle. It's so cute!

I paid a $25 deposit and left the laptop with Computer Karma to let them check it.  They said they would call me, but I had to contact them to find out what was wrong and authorize the part order and repair. Also had to contact them to find out if the part had come in and find out if the computer repair was completed.  Quality of work was excellent.  Communication could be better.  They were very apologetic about not contacting me.

They were very reasonable and got off the virus for just $27. My husband called around four different places, and they were the cheapest. The price was outstanding and I was able to have the computer back in one day. They were very easy to work with. They were excellent. I would rate them highly. We left the computer and picked it up the next day.
