Gas Log Service, Fireplace Service
They went above and beyond the call of duty to put it in. He had a bunch of problems with the first unit. One of the principals came out and pulled the old one out and put the new one in. He stayed until it worked. One of the logs was broken and he has it on order. He has stayed in contact with us every week. They are good and nice people. We got the original unit on sale. They replaced it with a unit that was more than that. He did a great job in making sure it worked properly. He stayed 3 hours to do that. They didn't even question that the first one was broken and they gave us a new one.
