Home Building
David Caveda, Cardinal Builders, cons people, including myself and has been charged with Home Repair Fraud and I will beanother one charging him with the same in the near future. He takes your money, lies about a "crew" that he does not have andsends people he doesn't even know to come do work. It was a horrible experience to even have met him. Please read the abovestory and you will see that you want to stay away. You can look up other complaints about him on scam.com. and other sites.He uses a P.O. box so you can't find him. He also has changed the name of his company numerous times over the years due to fines, complaints and justice court suits. Can't believe he has the nerve to list himself on this site. I tell it like it is everywhere I can find his name. DO NOT USE!!!!
