Excellent all around great job

The group was very professional and prompt for the initial audit. I was very disappointed that they did not do a leak test on the HVAC system with the initial audit and also that they did not use the infrared scanner.
After the audit, we agreed that I would benefit most from a HVAC duct seal and they promised to complete the work by the end of the month. As you can see from the date of service above, they did not get anywhere close to keeping this promise. What is even worse than that is that they did not call to tell me that they would not be able to fulfill this promise. I had to contact them and they agreed to a second deadline and did not keep that one either.  This type of behavior is the standard for contractors in our area, unfortunately.  Their behavior does not make them any worse than other companies in the area but it does not make them any better either.
Upon completion of the duct seal, My duct leakage was decreased from 240 CFM pre to 175 CFM post.  I honestly expected much better than that based on the expectations that they have set for me initially, however; I am somewhat doubtful regarding the accuracy of their post seal test. 
For the price of $376, I was satisfied with the work that I received in the end.  Making promises that you're not able to keep makes me very frustrated and will keep me from recommending a business. I hope this business can do better with this in the future.

They were great. Quick and efficient installation of insulation. They cleaned up after themselves. She was very nice over the phone. They gave me 15 days after services to pay, and let me pay with a credit card over the phone.
A little poor with notification when they weren't able to make it the first day they said they were coming. Other than that, fantastic.
