Wonderful customer service was great did everything successfully will hire again

It went very well. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable about the job.

Everything was done great. Mr. Jerome came out looked at the work. Did the work gave me the estimate got the parts came in with real professional kept me posted with everything that he was was doing and the work was and clean up everything was professionally done. I will hire him again. He’s a good contractor.

Plumber was very professional and stayed in contact with me. Upon arrival, plumber went over what he was doing and kept me updated with the progress. Plumber went above what was expected on job and will definitely be calling again for next project.

Very fast and reliable

First week tore everything out for the most part. Second week did not work due to companies personal issue. Third week finished removing remaining shower and vanity pieces and began laying tile, and Thursday, arrived late, 11 am or 12 pm and worked until 1:30 am that night. Friday, they arrived at 1 pm and worked until 8:30 pm. Fourth week laid tile, installed vanity and mirror (crooked), electrical installations, trim installed and sealant on tile. Thursday that week, arrived around 11 am and working until 11:30 pm. After final inspection done on Saturday after everything was supposedly done on Friday the bathroom was inspected by us. This is what was found. Grouting on tile not complete. Shower grouting not complete. Drainage slope in shower incorrect and does not drain but pools in right corner under shower head. Shower head not installed correctly and does not work. Tops of corners of shower not tiled and wood open to take in water and possibly be destroyed. Sealing of shower to the wall at the top incorrect. Significant gaps between tile and wall everywhere, shower, floor, etc. Seems that tried to cover up with trim. Floor tile is supposed to be blue, used one green tile from shower in corner of the floor not even close to the shower. One tile corner on floor is sticking up and not flush with other tiles; could cut someone’s foot. Did not lay door gap coverings (3). Manufacturer’s lettering shows on tiles. Glass in shower unable to be cleaned. At last minute left us to handle the installation of shower door when it was supposed to be done by the their company. GFCI breaker was not installed in bathroom at outlet. Backsplash granite on vanity is not sealed.

I used A-Quick Repair to resurface my bathtub, and re-tile my shower wall. Jeronimo is a great contractor with great prices. I highly recommend their services, and I will be using them again in the near future!

Good will hire again

He did an amazing job, my floors looked amazing. He also installed a ceiling fan and chandelier as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He was very professional, consistent, and he didn't waste time.
