Wholesale Flooring

Initially they had some handprints on the floor that I couldn't get to come off. They came back and told me to use a cleaner that they provided. All I initially wanted to do was get the cleaner. The cleaner didn't get the handprints off. About 3 or 4 weeks after we'd begin to see the floor pop up. I called them, they came back, the installer put some more glue under it, pressed it down, and said that should fix it. That did not fix the floor, it was popping up again. He came back a second time, did the same thing, and it didn't work. When I told them the last time it was popping up they said there is nothing they could do. I even complained to the manufacturer and they sent an inspector. The inspector says that the floor was installed incorrectly from the beginning. Since they put the glue down incorrectly, this floor cant even be reused. I have a large report showing how they put the flooring in incorrectly. After hearing this, we met with our attorney who sent them a letter and told them to contact him within 14 days. They did call back but wouldn't claim responsibility or give him the owner's name. I would definitely not recommend this company.
