My daughter was involved in accident 10/10/14. Unique is one of State Farm's repair facilities in this area. Car was towed to Unique the following week, not sure about exact date, but about 10/14. They estimated damages for State Farm and proceeded with the repair. It was in their shop for about 3-1/2 weeks. They missed several promise finish dates, claiming wrong parts were sent, more damage found, etc. Very courteous when you could get someone to inform you what was going on. Can only rate service fair because of delays, changes in promised finish dates, fair workmanship, etc.
