Mr. Taylor, The poor quality of work can be felt and is extremely visible even in natural light. The paint prep job is also poor, nail holes are not properly filled, caulk is smeared on custom woodwork and walls, and then painted on top of with trash in the paint. I have asked you to meet me at said jobsite on multiple occasions so you could feel and see the poor quality of work including but not limited to excessive trash in the paint as well as numerous runs and drips throughout the home. Since you failed to meet me at the jobsite on multiple occasions, I pointed out these issues to your work leaderman, Daryl, while on the jobsite as well as with you via phone and text. Yet, you failed to oversee the project and walk-thru with me to see the poor quality of work as well as damages being incurred. To date you have not responded.

"[Member Name Removed], You failed to mention in your write up that you fired 2 different Sheetrock crews midway through their work. Before we even started this project. The reason we did not finish the job is I asked for a draw close to the end of the interior painting and you came to the job site and started complaining about our painting. Before asking for the draw you never said anything about our workmanship. With the knowledge that you fired 2 different crews I wanted to leave before I sank anymore money in this project. I was at this project multiple times a day Checking on my guys. There was no trash in any of the paint we used because we used paint strainers to strain out all debris before applying paint to any walls. The trash you are feeling and seeing is from were the Sheetrock finishers over-sanded the walls and caused burn marks in the Sheetrock. Also for the caulking issues we were working on the house with no ac. When the temperature is not regulated caulk and putty expand and contract with the temperature. You also stated we did not set any of the trim nails. Whoever installed your trim should be responsible for setting their own nails. Lastly I feel that is project you were running for your son was poorly ran by you. We had zero permanent lighting, we had zero temperature control. You had the cart before the horse on this project."
