It gives me great pleasure to provide a honest, thorough, and up to date review for everyone to see. A Local Factory Certified/Trained Roofing Contractor is Paramount and that’s exactly what we received from Strong Roofing. I contacted Strong Roofing and was immediately offered a meeting time at my convenience which was first thing the next morning. Mr. Jose “Sarge” Alonso showed up on time explaining the services, products offered, warranties, estimated time lines to be expected, product samples and colors, a step by step process to be expected, etc. Upon my request, I was immediately provided a written contract which was priced very comparable to other solicited companies. It was very obvious at that time that I was dealing with a experienced and knowledgeable representative from a reliable company with a long history of satisfied customers. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a knowledgeable and professional manner. I received several locations of roofing jobs that were done in the recent past for our review which was the only time this was offered to me during my search for roof installers. Strong Roofing is and was Amazing from initial contact to job completion. Mr. Burt, the owner, showed up at my home the morning the job started and introduced himself at which time he thanked me for selecting Strong Roofing and assured me that it will be done correctly the first time. This personal interest and dialogue “DOES NOT” happen very often in today’s business world. His visit ended with a firm handshake and his personal commitment to validate the companies workmanship and quality of Owens Corning products with a future written Guarantee/Warranty upon job completion. - A site Supervisor was on station the entire time the old roof was being removed until the new roof install was complete to include the verification of cleanup. - All employees were professional and displayed a “Can-do” attitude. - During the job, photos were taken each step of the process to validate contract compliance and quality of work. Overhead photos were provided to me at job completion which verified to me the quality and neatness of the job. - Our yard was cleaner when the job was finished than it was before the job actually was started. I was offered another magnetic sweep of our yard for possible nails at anytime, just need to call and they will arrive. - I was totally shocked when Jose offered a Follow-up site visit within a week or so or anytime in the future to do a physical overview and ensure that we are still 100% satisfied with the overall quality and workmanship of the new roof installation. This type of Quality Assurance is rare and certainly speaks highly of Strongs continued commitment to customer satisfaction and relationships with their valued customers in our region. - I didn’t have to up front funds in advance and there was no rush for final payment upon completion, this speaks highly of a solvent company that puts the customers needs and desires first, not the dollar. - I was surprised when I was told that courtesy site visits will occur after major storms and hurricanes pass to assist families in anyway to reduce further possible damages to property. I was told to contact the company at anytime in the future should something occur or we have any type of issue or questions at all. - Upon job completion I was personally provided copies of all related documents to include business cards, my contract, and in a packet the Owens Corning System Warranty including the Warranty Registration number. A overview of what is included and expected should the Warranted needs to be addressed in the future. - I can not say enough positive things about Strong Roofing. As a former Military Aviation Quality Inspector and Aviator, I know what Quality and workmanship entails to include the necessary attention to detail involvement that is necessary and is expected. Strong Roofing meets and exceeds expectations across the board. - The aforementioned statements I offered during my review were given to provide a “Holistic” overview from initial dialogue to job completion which I felt compelled to share. After all, a Quality Roof installation and proven products protects our investment and families. Why not do it right the first time with a Great Company with a long history of quality work and personal relationships who are and will remain local. - We highly recommend Strong Roofing who is a Preferred Contractor to anyone wanting a Honest, Reputable, Local, and Reasonably priced roof installer who place the Customers needs and desires first with a No-Pressure Approach. - GREAT JOB THAT EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS! Tony called and set up an appointment and arrived promptly. He worked on the problem and hopefully it is fixed. I'm confident that it will be.

I requested a quote for a full roof replacement, then a few days later
Burt contacted me via e-mail for more details.  A couple days later he
contacted me again to set up a meeting to go over his numbers and
explain the materials to be used.  He has access to programs that take
the place of having to get on the roof and measure.  His numbers were
very close to another company I had come out for an estimate and they
physically measured the roof.  Burt was very proud of the fact that he
holds several state certifications and is one of the few companies that
are an Owens Corning preferred contractor in the area.  The work was
done quickly and professionally.  The roof looks good and the
surrounding area was cleaned u prior to his crew leaving both days.

Burt was very professional and responsive.  He and his crew replaced our roof (large and some odd angle/pitch areas)  in less time than I thought it would take.  And it was done right.   Our roof had issues for years in certain areas and we had several roofers work on it.  It was totally replaced after Katrina (by a different contractor) but problem areas kept occurring and it needed to be replaced.   Burt has fixed the problems!  He and his crew found the problem areas and showed me some potential other areas which were also fixed.   It's been over a year now - no problems, and I have a  50 year Owens Corning warranty.
If you have a need for a roof or roof repair - call Burt at Strong Roofing.  I have full confidence in him and his crew and I highly recommend him to anyone needing a roof or roof repair.  I just wish I had contacted him years ago when problems first occurred.

I had done a fair amount of research on the Internet searching for the best customer experience with roofing companies In dealing with a leaking roof In the Pass Christian area. Strong Home Services seemed to always come up at the top of lists. I decided to give them a call and judge for myself. From the very start I was very impressed with their professionalism. A representative was able to meet with me on short notice and perform a thorough inspection of my roof and offer different options.  With my roof over 15 years old,  I decided on replacement rather than repairs.  I was  offered various styles of high quality roofing materials with hurricane wind ratings.
 From the very beginning until the completion of the job, owner Mr. Burt Goltz  was engaged and involved in the process.  His team of roofers always conducted themselves in a professional manner and kept open areas as clean as possible In order not to interrupt our daily activities.  The cleanup after completion of the job was also very thorough.  The whole job was started and finished just as Mr. Goltz proposed. Approximately 2 weeks later he had a representative come back and re-inspect their work.
 The Owens Corning Roof that I chose included a valuable hurricane resistance warranty, which was very important to me.  All of the paperwork that was required to register the warranty was performed by Mr. Goltz and I received it in the mail  a few weeks later, just as he had promised.
Of note, I Had two other roofing companies provide estimates but neither of those two seem to provide me with the same level of comfort and confidence in moving forward with them.  I am very happy that I chose Strong Home Services!

He showed up exactly on time and completed the job with no hassle.  He gave a quote and never asked to move from the quote.  Not sure whether it was the best bargain but it was fast, thorough and accurate.  Cannot ask for much more.

The crew arrived on time, performed their duties professinally and completely.  The owner then met with me and went over their repairs and made recommendations for future maintenance and support.

Burt, business owner, arrived early in morning, provided an estimate and work was begun that afternoon. The work was done in a very professional manner and conducted in a safe manner.  They are very knowledgeable, provide extremely thorough information on options, their product lines are of very high quality materials and their employees perform high quality work.. I would highly recommend this company for repairs and new roofing. Without any hesitation, I will continue to use Strong Home Service and highly recommend this company.

Burt and his crew were extremely professional and punctual.  I was referred by a client who also had high praise for them.  We will use him in the future when we expand our home too.  It's refreshing to hire someone and they actually do what they promise!

Burt and his crew did an outstanding job on our house and we are very happy.  Everything was done professionally and the roof looks great.  Highly recommended.

Burt Goltz was very prompt in returning my inquiry and came out the same day to see damage and give an estimate. it was not a big job, but he responded with a price the next day. We agreed on the price and when I asked when he could schedule the work, he scheduled it for Sunday. Repair was done and cleaned up by 9:20 AM. Everyone was very polite and professional!

Burt responded to my email the next day and had Tony out to the house with in a few days for inspection. Very professional. Tony did the work on my roof and did a great job.
I would definately recommend the guys and I will call them again!
