Stephany Page-Rager's Headlines

I made an appointment with April. I wanted to go blonde. And showed her a picture and asked if she'd be able to do this. She said yes, proceeded to give me a hair cut, ( which was nice, but nothing spectacular) and then began foiling my hair. She was shampooing out my hair and said, " Ohh its looking good"! I was excited to see it. When I looked in the mirror, my brown eyes filled with tears with out hesitation. She then said she could apply a soap cap to try to fix it. But there were areas that didnt take the bleach, or 2 other colors of product she used. She called in the owner, Stephany. I felt better when she got there and assured me it could be fixed. But after being their for 5 hours with pardon my french, f***** up hair, I left. April even made me pay for a hair cut! I left in tears and have had to hide in my house all weekend. And since I am new to town, I now have to try to find a place to fix my hair! I wish I could upload pictures to show the shotty work! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
