We asked for a quote and, subsequently, requested service (Fertilization/Treatment) and added fire ant control. It took about a week and a half (more days than I would have liked) to start service after I requested it. So far, the grass is starting to perk up and the weeds are dying. That's what I needed. I wasn't home when the service was completed but rather got a bill on my door. This is what I was told when I talked to the person on the telephone when I asked for service and it's just fine. I don't have to worry about being there and missing work. I just have to trust that the treatment was done. (By the look of the yard, it seems to be working)

In April of 2008, after almost one year of there service, I was expecting to have a pretty green lawn, but it has never looked so yellow, dead, even after watering daily. I called and questioned them and there response was they did not have time to spray the fertilizer to turn the grass green.. I purchased weed and feed and spread myself and withing 2 weeks the grass thickened up and turned a beautiful green. I wrote a letter to the owner and asked for a refund, even a partial, but I am told that since they performed the service through April that I owe the amount. WASTE of MONEY!!!
