Very very poor quality workmanship druggies on premises

We had used Price's in the past and been very happy - then Mr Price retired and his son-in-law took over. The prices went up and the quality and responsiveness went way down.
We had tile backsplash, brick flooring and granite counters put in. They took forever, would go days without any movement (of course after destroying the kitchen so we were stuck with letting them finish) and finally took threats to get it all done. This was combined with workers being left at my house that would leave shortly after the SIL left (and he never stopped by to check later in the days) and the guy that was laying the bricks proudly stated "hey this looks good - this is the first one I have ever done!".
NEVER will use them again.
