They obviously don’t have confidence in their work to only give out a year warranty. My shower started leaking again after they “fixed” it. Now they don’t want to come back and do it the right way. 0/5 will not recommend.

I called Pounds when my AC drip pan overflowed, I thought they would come and snake one of the overflow lines. Instead, they diagnosed the real issue with the A/C and fixed it on the spot and made a few minor modifications to help with draining in the future. This is the second time I've used Pounds, both times Rick shows up with a helper and they get right after the issue. I don't know this for certain, but if I had called a traditional A/C company I believe I would have paid more than 2X what I paid Pounds. I'll never use anyone else for plumbing or A/C

The sink wouldn't drain correctly when hooked up and when I took the p-trap off I suddenly was dealing with a leak I couldn't pinpoint. They came out, onetime, very professional and showed me what I did wrong when I installed the bathroom sink. They also found the obstruction and now the thing drains like a champ :). As far as the banging pipes go, Rick researched the issue the night before and showed me a part I could purchase and install myself.

Pounds plumbing has been a life saver for me!  I have had many different emergency situations that have over and over proven to me that hands down Pounds Plumbing is the route to go for ALL of my plumbing needs.  My most recent situation involved him excavating my front and back yard in order to replace 130ft of sewer and 70ft of water line in order to fix an underground water leak that ended up giving me an $800 credit from the water department.  Lee Pounds and his crew came and in one day had the job completely done start to finish in about 8 hours.  Not only was my yard put back together by the time I got home from work, but something that I put off doing for years was resolved very quickly and efficiently.  This company has given me hope that there are still good, honest people that take pride in their work, and it is refreshing knowing that there are people you can trust in an emergency situation that leave you no other choice, but to call a plumber.

It was late Saturday night on Labor Day weekend and I was in the middle of laying new bathroom floor tile in my 1962 brick ranch when I noticed a leak had developed somewhere in the slab and water was pooling on the floor of a another room, my old step-down, on-grade addition. I was beside myself and worried that demo-ing the old lavatory and toilet might have triggered the problem.
My usual handyman spent Sunday investigating all the usual suspects but could find no obvious reason. I checked Angie's List and found great reviews for Pounds Plumbing. A little while later I was at True Value Hardware on Pass Road and asked the guy there for plumber recommendations. Right away he said, "call Lee Pounds!" That's exactly what I did and we arranged for him to come out on Monday morning. In the meantime, late Sunday night, the slab in the second bathroom on the main level of the house started seeping water up through the peel and stick flooring. Freaked out, I texted Lee and he immediately replied with instructions on how to shut of the water at the main near the street.
The next morning, Lee and his helper quickly discovered the source of the leak which was not related to the renovation project. The fix involved replacing the incoming water line to the house and laying new pipe all along the back of the house foundation. Considering the amount of hard labor involved with digging a trench outside in the heat, they handled it very quickly and took care with the landscaping. Needless to say, this unplanned expense was a bummer but I am SO grateful to have the problem resolved. I'm also grateful to have found Pounds Plumbing who are now my top go-to resource. Lee was super responsive, professional and obviously very knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Stellar service!!

Called Mr. Pounds on Tuesday, he came out the same day. Checked my units and gave me a price that was very fair. Order the parts he needed and was back the very next day and replaced my water heater. That was on a Wednesday, then had his air conditioner guy come out the next day and service my air conditioner. All people were very friendly and knowledgeable. They came back again on Friday to make sure everything was working properly. I would use them again if I ever needed anything.

His name is Lee Pounds. He did very well. Once I called him, he came out within two days to look at my plumbing issues. He had to order a part, got that part, and came back out. He worked with me as far as my work schedule goes. He got right out there right after I got home from work. He was very professional and courteous. This was the first plumbing work I have had done. He was out there for a few hours and I think the price was a reasonable price for the work he did. He charged me $145 and that included the parts.

Lee Pounds, the owner of the company is an extremely nice young man. We were going to get the old tub reporcelinized, but decided not to do that. We purchased a tub and surround from Loews, but the surround was defective and did not fit properly. He and his men returned it, picked up another tub and fixtures, delivered them to the house and installed them. He was very responsive, and didn't seem bothered that we kept changing our minds. He always returned calls promptly, and did the work as promised.
We would definitely use this company again!!!

Top notch in all respects. Found clean-out pipe that was clogged with impressive technology. Informative along the way. Tenacious workers. Honest and got the job done right. I will use them for any future plumbing need, and have already recommended to friends in the neighborhood.

My bathroom sink kept filling with water from the drain. They came out and easily found the clog past the p-trap. I'm very satisfied.

In and out in less than an hour. Really good service. I gave them a B for punctuality because I was expecting them in the morning and I had to call the office to find out when they were coming.

Mr Pounds said he would it the same and did it!
He was called in the morning and installed it the same day.

Other than being somewhat late the install went great. The lateness can be excused by the fact that we had to call for same day service since my granite counter top installer forgot to call me in advance. Lee got the sinks installed in about an hour and actually discovered a manufactures defect in on one of the sinks that a less thorough inspection and testing for leaks might have missed. I can highly recommend Pounds Plumbing.

Gave Angie's List a call to get a recommendation. They had to tear down a part of the wall and a part of the floor. They had to put in new piping. Nice young men, very pleasant. Very punctual and stayed late so they could finish the job.
