Roof leaked after repair and decking replacement

We've had several rainy days, including torrential downfalls dumping upwards of 8 inches of rain over a few hours and everything is perfectly dry!! We have already enthusiastically recommended New a Horizons to friends.

I was impressed that they got in touch with me quickly and came the next day for an estimate.  Compared to others, their pricing was in the middle of the other estimates.  We did find cheaper, but they explained what all they were going to do and seemed to be more thorough so we decided to pay the extra.   It kept raining so they had to put off the repair several times.  When they arrived, there was a small crew that finished in a few hours.  The owner stopped by later to check the work quality and cleaned up the left over materials that had been left at the curb.  I guess time will tell if the repair will last.

I call the provider on Wednesday he said he could come by and check the home that, afternoon. He sent a crew by at about 4:30 they took pictures. The provider called me back and said they could replace it on the next day. We got a heavy rain that night. His worker came by the next day and completed the job. After they finished the supervisor came by to check the work and told me not to give him the check until the next day he wanted to make sure the roof did not leak since we were expecting rain that evening. The roof did not leak. He was so good. I ask him to take a look at my dad's roof. My dad's roof had been leaking for about 4 months some guy he knew kept trying to repair it but, not able to stop the leaks. John went by that Tuesday and completed the repairs on Thursday. We had a heavy rain and there were no more leaks. My dad's smile was priceless. Thanks New Horizon.

Arrived 15 minutes early, and worked very well as a team. Job was completed in just under 4 hours. This included a 15 minute stop caused by the discovery of flashing work needed and cleanup. They left no mess or fallen nails.
Not only would I use this company again, but I highly recommend them to my friends and co-workers.
