He came to my house(3 days late) because I had some spots on my ceiling it a straight line from where the unit was to the garage, he put the machine on the AC Unit to blow it out and said that it wasn't leaking and that the pipes didn't need re-taping. I spoke with him in May and he said there had to be a roof leak or something because they looked and the pipes didn't need re-taped. I had a guy come out to check my roof and there isn't a roof leak. I now have holes in my ceiling all the way to the garage and I have been calling John to come out for over a month. I finally got in touch with him 2 weeks ago and he said he would be at the house on Wed 9/23/09 so stayed home from work and he never showed up and he never called. I have called everyday since then and today is 10/01/09 and left messages on personal cell and work cell and he won't return my call.
Description of Work: We called him to come fix the AC because it was leaking, he blew the lines out and said it was fixed.

Response from McGuffee’s Air Conditioning & Heating
She said water was leaking on the ceiling at the time. I looked at the copper pipe in the attic, which we did not run, it was there. I did not see any water at that time. The Heater, coil and drain line, is in a closet not the attic. If it is leaking now it isn't anything we did because we sold her nothing prior to being in the attic. We didn't charge her any money to do anything in the attic. So why should i have to pay. I did not do anything in her attic. I am sorry that i did not see anything wet at that time. If she saw water spots she should have called some one else. Sorry I did not come out, but she was never charged to fix anything in her attic.
