The Floor Trader provided excellent service from the beginning of my contact with them to the end. I went in just looking for some laminate and carpet for my home and came out having purchased. The sales person was very informative about the products and the installation process and was upfront with everything that I needed to know. He answered all of my questions and told me about the financing options (which are GREAT) and the installation procedure. The installers were great as well. They called and set up a time to come out and measure. They itemized the ticket and scheduled a date that was good for me to come out and install. The same day of installation, I received a thank you note from the sales person! Very thoughtful! Once they were done, everything looked great! The following week, I got a call from the salesperson asking how everything looked! They are so nice and courteous. They are so appreciative of your business, and I will continue to sent my friends and family there!
