Excellent communication from the office and updates for the plumber(s) arrival. Plumbers were thorough and worked in an expeditious manner. When they encountered a unique issue, they had reach back to the owner for guidance. We would not hesitate to use Danny Miller Plumbing again.

The company was very busy due to the below freezing weather, but still arrived in less than a day and one-half on a Saturday! We have used Danny Miller before and as we finish our remodel, will use them again.

Replaced the few parts of the single lever faucet. The kit sells for approximately $ 6.00. Replaced the o-ring on spout. Charged $30.00 for the parts. The work took only about 20-25 minutes but got charged for the full hours work $120.00 + 30.00 + tax. Too expensive! It would have been fair and reasonable if I was to be charged $60-65. I will not call them again!

Well. When I noticed toliet was a little loose, they came back immediately and sealed the uneven tile at no cost. I have recommended them to several folks and a builder.

I called and at first they didn't think they had anyone available. Lucky for us within 5 min. I was told a technician would be about 15 min away. Johnny and Justin were extremely nice and efficient. Everything was fixed within an hour. From call to finish approx 1.5 hours. Amazing service.

I called him, a couple hours later he showed up, did the work and left.?All five toilets are now working again. I would recommend them to a friend, definitely. If memory servces me it was around $400 & $700, Im not sure.It depends on the size of the septic tank they pump out. They were backed up and three hours later they showed up and took care of it.

I called in the morning and was given a tentative afternoon appointment for the same day (no specific time) which was great because we only have one toilet in the house. A friendly woman from the office then called me back about 30 minutes before the team got there. Chris and his partner arrived and were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They cleared the clog, replaced the handle that was about to break and didn't try to make up excuses to spend more time than necessary to rack up the bill, and gave some good advice for how to keep the toilet free of clogs in the future. The service was an expense we hadn't prepared for, but their rate was a lot more reasonable for the parts and labor than calling someone like RotoRooter, so that was definitely appreciated. I will absolutely call them again if I have any issues they can help with in the future.

Labor charge to do estimate was $120 per hour.
While here, they fixed the leak under the bathroom sink & caulked both toilets. Great work & very impressed that 3 problems which involved parts & labor had been handled for an additional $19.10.
