Heating and Air Conditioning Service
The repair person came out, said he made all the repairs (took him an hour and 20 minutes) and 30 minutes later the air conditioning quit. We called, and he was back in about an hour. I got suspicious and went into the attic to see what had been repaired and was astonhished to see that the fan motor wasn't repaired (as indicated on the invoice), the mother board had two wires not connected, that had been previoulsly connected and a transformer mounted to the unit with one screw that originally had two. Very poor workmanship. I have a call into them and have stopped payment on the check. That's all for now.

Heating and Air Conditioning Service, Appliance Sale
The sales rep was helpful and competent. However, the estimate he provided via email did not exactly reflect the work and equipment we had discussed. When I asked him to make some minor adjustments, he responded days later that he would get back to me.... which he never did. That made me feel kind of insignificant to his company.
