I have been in the renovation/rental/flip business for most of my life and currently own about 20 properties in Gulfport. Since this is my business, I truly recognize and appreciate good work. Coastal Contracting is excellent! I hired them to do a total renovation on a 100-year-old beach house and I'm really impressed. The owner, Stephen, stays in contact with me, the quality of the work is outstanding, and his price is very fair. The workers on the job are knowledgeable and fast. Work has been getting done on time and meets my exacting standards. Stephen goes over everything with me, has good suggestions, and finds ways to make my ideas work. I'm definitely going to be using Coastal Contracting on future projects. Highly recommend!

First of all Steve, the owner, is very honest which is the first thing I look for in anyone I hire for anything. Honesty is also very hard to find these days. Coastal Contracting does meticulous, thorough work.

Hey Steve and Amanda, Closer to 3wks than 2 weeks ago- You agreed to help on a very important project with a deadline of midnight tonight. It may have hit the bottom level of your barrel of importances; however, you agreed to and accepted the responsibility of completing the job. Multiple voice mails have been left with no response and your non action has proven you are not trustworthy or ethical, but you already know this. Quality is nothing without character. Seeing how you could disappoint and blatantly ignore a young professional on the President’s List and about to graduate screams volumes about your moral compass. You said his email from the assignment seemed sketch and wanted to meet him in person, then in person shook this combat veterans hand and agreed to answer 15 questions so that he could simply write a 4 page essay. The owner of COASTAL CONTRACTING DOES NOT KNOW WHAT VALOR MEANS IN BUSINESS. I will never recommend or speak in any Praise towards this business nor would I hope anyone who walks righteously with God would spend a dime with them- Quality work means nothing with the character of this business. No need to send any answers or explanations, lose his number as you already choose to ignore his calls. Semper Fidelis Veterans!

Completed a master and hallway bathroom remodel. Both came out excellent. Even ended up remodeling the master closet. Would highly recommend.

Excellent work from developing a vision for the renovation to completion of construction. Very effective and helpful team that worked with us on floor plans, material selections, and through the entire process. Love the finished product! Would definitely highly recommend.
