We purchase a used washer and refrigerator for the garage. They didn't have a huge selection at the time but found what we were looking for. They delivered in a timely manner and hauled off the old ones (which was great). We then found that one glass shelf was missing in the refrigerator (was hard to see until you put something on it). They dropped a replacement by the house that afternoon. Then we found we didn't like the style of washer (new kind with computer board) as it didn't seem to turn on correctly or wash very quickly. He came out quickly to look at and determined that was how the new style works. He had brought a traditional style washer with him so we were able to trade out to the kind we wanted right then. Definitely appreciated his thinking ahead about bringing a replacement. It works great! Was very pleased with their service and response. Would definitely recommend.
