I have a rental house.  The renter was supposed to have 1 pet, but she had 4 dogs and 20 cats.  I called the property management company about it.  They wouldn’t kick her out, but they changed the contract without consulting me.  I wasn’t able to kick the renter out for another 9 months and she did damage to the house.  I had 5 rent checks that I wasn’t able to cash.  She would not reissue the checks.  I asked for the damage and pet deposits back, but she wouldn’t give them to me either.  She took a gas stove and other appliances.  It was a criminal act by not giving me the rent checks and changing the contract.  I spent 2 years trying to get my money back.  She didn’t do any walkthroughs or inspections like she was supposed to either.

They were alright. Their payment was commission-basis and they did not help sell my house, so nothing. Initially, they were helpful but their communication and speed didn't work. I was away from the immediate area and they didn't tell me when my house would show or how well it did or how many times they had shown it. They need to work on the communication. I ended up taking it off the market for awhile and when I lifted again and I'm going to soon, I will not be using them.

We purchased a home in November 2010. We have been looking for approximately 5 years for the perfect waterfront property. Maria never gave up on us. She would show us properties anytime we wanted to see them. She was determined to find the one for us! And she did!! Maria is very professional, very knowledgeable, and has determination without pressuring you into doing something you do not want to do. We appreciate her patience and spending so much time with us.
