They were called by my land lord to unclog a sewer line. After they arrived, four people, they stood around at the back of the house , finally digging two holes approximately the size and depth of a five gallon bucket. Then after they left the holes we’re left uncovered which I myself had to fill back in and the problem wasn’t fixed. I wouldn’t suggest anyone hire them for anything. I don’t know what Mr. B paid them, but if it was a quarter it was too much. Now this being a couple moths later we’re still having trouble.

They swiftly fixed a minor problem that was causing the heat to not function and had the equipment working again. By 10 AM, a repairman arrived to fix a simple problem caused by the low temps in the teens the night before and had our heat functioning again in minutes. We were very thankful that they came so promptly on New Year's Day. With guests in our home, including three preschool children, we were very grateful to their swift and effective response!

Our old unit went out on Saturday. McDaniel's ordered our new unit on Monday morning and installed it on Wednesday afternoon evening. They stayed until the job was completely done, hauled away all the old unit, and were completely courteous and professional.

Tim McDaniel is the owner. They are excellent, the best in Grenada. The new A/C were about $4400, and the plumbing and the tank-less water heater cost about the same price, because they had to redo a lot of the plumbing and wiring for the tank-less gas water heater. They're very professional, and their bids are honest, because they stick to the bid price and they do what they say they will. Their prices are a little bit higher than others, but they do the best work, and are faster than fast, so their price is reasonable. They respond very quickly when I call. If they can't get to it right away, they help you out until they can fix the problem permanently. I will use them again.
