+ -1 moreNightmare from start to finish, well I cannot say that because he still has not finished the job!!!
Description of Work: We hired Mr Ward to put in a septic system for us. We were told it would take about 1 1/2 days to complete. Well he started this project several months ago, and to this date it is still not completed. He keeps blaming the rain, and yes it has ranied more this year than it has in several years. When we had several days of sunshine he was nowhere to be found. He would come up with one excuse after another to explain why he couldn't finish the job. He never called to say he was not coming. I had to continuously call him to see where he was. He would say "I will be there in the morning." Then no call no show. This has been a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
