About 4 or 5 years ago, they closed the local office, and everything went to a central, automated place. I get a telephone recording giving me a date for pest service, I receive an email that has a contradictory date for the pest service, and it just goes on and on. I have talked to corporate people, I have talked to the manager at the office in Jackson, Mississippi, they all promise they will get it straight. I have been a customer of Terminix for 37 years, and whoever is in charge of scheduling the appointments just doesn't have it worked out. I get 3 or 4 computer phone calls and none of the dates jibe. We would get a call saying they are coming, my husband and I would stay at home, and nobody showed up. We have rental properties and we told them that they must call, but we never got an call. Then we would get an email message saying sorry we missed you. We were sitting right here waiting to get the key to go and unlock the door for them. My man Jim Walker who works for Terminix local handles it and he is fantastic. I do not want to switch from Terminix because we have been with them for so long. We had a termite problem about 2 years ago, and the local Jackson, Mississippi office sent someone over, and they did fantastically, and it was done definitely to our satisfaction. It is just whoever is in charge of some central scheduling that is messing everything up. My friends have local pest control, and I think they pay only about $37 a month, so I pay about twice that much, but my house is 2 story and it has high walls, and Terminix has long hose so they can spray high. If I call Jim Walker he is here in a minute, if I call corporate headquarters I don't know how long it will take them. There is one guy in the local office, and I generally have to go to someone higher to speak to. The first person who said he was a manager wasn't able to help me that much, and I asked to speak to a second person. If we are not home, Mr. Walker comes and does the outside alone. They are very responsive, they handled the termite problem very quickly and very well. I think the manager in the Jackson office is not able to control the scheduling. If I call and he is not there, he calls me back in a very timely manner.

They do a great job, and always have. They do what typically any Terminix Company or pest inspection place does. They have always done a great job.

Their professionalism was great but they were not able to take care of the problem.  They come and spray but the ants just kept on moving places.  Though, they were able to take care of the cockroaches and other bugs.  I was just unhappy with the way ants kept on moving.  He is always on time.

They pressure you to change your scheduled appointments constantly.  They show up unexpected and want to perform half of the job for the full price.

They will come back if you see any pests between regular service calls. The overall experience was excellent. The price was good. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this provider again.

My technician, Louis, is a nice man; he is really nice and thorough. I have a contract with them and they get the job done. Their price could be a little lower but I will use them again in the future.

If I need them, they come. They are always available when I need them.

I would recommend them to me.  I am very satisfied with their service.  Prior to them coming out, the rep came out and explained the entire process with me.  He showed me what he would be doing around the house and the cost.  There are payment plans available.  I was very pleased with their professionalism.

I have them come out for quarterly for treatment on my house. They do a good job. They are priced very competitively.

They did not honor the discount that came with the house when I bought it. Basically, the pest worker came out and walked around the house looking for termites and bugs and then sent me a bill for 350 dollars. I was not pleased at all. I canceled the service after the first year. When I canceled the service, they tried to just get me to stay by giving me the first year free and 200 dollars off of the next year. I spoke to some one else and they said that it only needed to be done every 5 years. I feel like they were not honest. The worker that came out was a very nice person and I really liked him. The management kept harassing me and that is why I am upset with them.
