The staff was very friendly. It did take them a couple of days to complete the work to replace the timing belt on my car ... hopefully with the recommended extra things to replace like the water pump and Idler pulley, I'll get another hundred thousand miles out of this repair.

The service manager was friendly enough. The largest issue was that it took multiple trips to get the parts lined up for my car. I was disappointed that they received a faulty part and still tried to install it, causing me to come back multiple times to get the repair completed. It would be nice if they had a loaner car or could at least drop you off at work when you drop your car off to get it serviced.
