They are the only ones we have close by and that is the main thing I chose them. Sometimes they are good but other times they are not so much. They are very professional but sometimes they have some guys in a department that don’t know much about that department.

DOOR NEVER WORKED PROPERLY.

They are excellent. Earl works there. He works in the paint department and has been there for years. He knows everything there is to know about paint. He is the most helpful and that is why I go there, because of Earl. He has been there since the eighties. Somebody is always there to help you. The price is reasonable.

It was $1,200 for the door and $540 for the installation. The interaction was good. We had a little bit of a problem because one person came out to measure and then they ordered the door and then another person came back to measure because the first guy no longer worked for them. In the end the measurement was a little off. It actually turned out to be okay because I am not that hard of a customer but there was a screw up in what was ordered. It sort of got confusing with the employee leaving because two people came to measure the door but it ended up working out fine. They had to put a little extra work and it took a little extra time but it didn't cost us any more. The installer was great and did a great job. He wasn't supposed to be the installer but that guy also left. It needed to be adjusted after it was installed once because it was sticking but they came out and adjusted it. We really like the door and get lots of compliments on it. I went with Lowe's because they are a big company. I had problems with the old door and it leaked so I wanted to go with a big company. We could have probably gotten the door cheaper somewhere else.
