lawn service
 + -1 moreproduct was acceptable but the customer service, follow-up, and communications were lacking in the extreme! 4 phone calls to their service and not one returned call.
Description of Work: I had these folks come and cut my grass. They did a good job.. when they showed up. The first time I used them, they were late and very flakey. Speaking to the owner of the company, Star, is akin to speaking with someone of drugs! I called them again to do the grass.. to give them a second chance.. and although there were promises of coming thiss day and that, they never showed. ON top of it all, I left them about 4 messages on their answering service and they never had the common decency to return my phone calls. Extremely unprofessional! I DO NOT recommend their service.
