Horrible. I contacted Smith Furniture when my clothes dryer went out. They told me to bring them my old dryer and they would have me another one waiting. I took my old dryer up there and dropped it off. They gave me a used dryer guarnteeing me that it would work and if I had any problems they would service it. I brought the new dryer home. It worked for about two days then quit on me. I called the company and told them. They said their guys were gone and it would be the next day before they could come out and look at it. Well, about an hour later, they showed up anyway. They came in and didn't even ask any questions or look at the dryer they just loaded it up on a truck and left. I didn't hear back from them so I called the next day. All they could say was that the motor was burnt up in the dryer and that they were getting me another one. A few days go by and again, I heard nothing so I called again. They told me that they were still looking for one and they would be in touch. This has been two weeks and I still have no dryer and they still have not contacted me about any of it. I am out money and have nothing to dry my clothes in. I will NEVER use this company again. They are unprofessional and seem to be liars. I am calling again tomorrow but I figure there will be the same old story.
