Our kitchen drain had backed up and cleaners did no good. Discount Rooter gave me a phone estimate for clearing the blockage. (125.00) and an estimated time of arrival. Later he called to say the job they were on was taking longer to do, could he come the next day- (no problem) Arrived on time and was very friendly. Took care to keep things clean. Once it was unblocked he offered suggestions to future preventive care. He did the job on time and was clean and friendly- I would certainly use again .
