Merry Maids of Jackson

At first the work was very good. But over time it slowly declined and so did he quality of their employees. Dusting got to be hit and miss. There was no deep cleaning; I had to do that. In general, when they finished the house often looked as if someone had run around trying to tidy up before unexpected company arrived.

They are excellent. My experience with them has been good. The owner is very efficient.

My experience with them was good. I really like the lady that runs the place. I think her name is Kim or Kelly. I had to ask them to come back, because one of their employees had an attitude and I didn't really appreciate that. I adore the owner of the company, because she and her husband were nice. When I had a complaint, they came back out and they were right there on it after I called. They came in teams and one of the members had an attitude and the other member seemed uncomfortable by the other member's attitude. She had to pick up the slack from the other person. When I called the windows to their attention, the owner sent a different person back out. There was a stain in the kitchen on the floor that I don't know what it was, but it was very sticky and that was still there. Both the window and floor were things that were the other girl's job. The first girl just mopped it, but the second girl got on her hands and knees and scrubbed it in front of me. In the end it got done, but I would not use them again.

She was over two hours late and then charged me for an extra half hour of time that she wasn't actually there working.  
I will never use Merry Maids in Jackson again.

The company does a decent job. I use them every other week. Some weeks I can ell that real attention wass paid. Other weeks it seems they just sped through.

A terrible experience. My painter had to do the work I had contracted with Merry Maids before he could even begin painting. But doesn't everybody like to pay TWICE for a job?!!!
