All of the staff are great.  I have been pleased with all services.  I was very pleased with that they were able to get me in right away when I had a concern.

I have been very pleased with the groomer and with the boarding services.

It went great.  We always used another vet during the time we lived in MS.  We ended up using this one right before our relocation, because they were very close to where we lived.  Too bad we didn't use them from the start.  They were great.  All of our cats stay inside, so the 2 males are  extra difficult when we take them to the vet.   This office was very patient, understood the difficulty, gave us some ideas on how to get them in and out the carriers.  One was extra bad, but the office didn't blink an eye.  Said they had one like that.   My husband is tasked with the chore of vet visits, & he was extremely please.  We will be moving back, & that will be our vet of choice.
the price I listed could of been a little more, due to us having the pay for the form (for each cat) to transport them from one state to another.
But this office is not over priced.  Very pleasant experience.

though not a vet, I am a physician, and Dr Rumbavage is a consummate caregiver.he is compassionate, thorough, relaxed while still being professional, and he makes me feel safe knowing my cats are well cared for. I can't say enough positive about this provider.

First off let me tell you that I have used Dr. Rumbavage since 1989. You will not find another excellent vet in this area that provide the high level of service that he does. He is available and very caring. He is also skilled and reasonably priced. We took this dog in on 4pm and he went to surgery. We were called with a report and picked up the dog the next day. No problems at all as expected. Another dog we have was poisoned. We were told by the Animal Emergency Clinic that there was nothing they could do. I happened to call Lakeland Animal Clinic on a Saturday afternoon and Dr Rumbavage answered my message. I took the puppy in and he worked his magic and she lived. All in all we think very highly of the wonderful services he provides.

Friday, my 7yr-old male cat had become lethargic and was vomiting; I had taken him to another vet the Saturday prior to Labor Day and he had been examined and given an antiemetic injection--I was told he probably had eaten something and would likely be fine. I did not feel particularly assured and he seemed worse today, so I wanted another opinion. I found another clinic on Angie's list and when I called to inquire as to whether they had any special expertise with cats, they referred me to Lakeland Animal Clinic and Dr. Rumbavage as a cat specialist [though he sees dogs as well]; Lakeland was also well reviewed on Angie's List, so I called to see if I could bring my cat in.
I am so impressed with the care Dr. Rumbavage and his clinic provided to my ailing cat. I was able to get an immediate appointment, his staff obtained records from my previous vet, and the doctor listened thoroughly, asked insightful questions, and overall made me feel comfortable with what was going on. My cat received a thorough exam, lab tests, medications, and fluid resuscitation. I never felt we were being rushed though I know there were others there also being cared for at the same time. I don't think I could be any happier with our new vet--Dr R and his staff are terrific. Oh, and the cost was much less than I anticipated for the care we received.

This was a great experience. I was terrified and the vet explained to me that this was very common in this breed of dog. The vet is very down to earth, easy to talk to and seems very genuine in his concern for animals. He has several other vets in his office that I have used and they all do a great job. They even walked me through how to handle three dogs after giving birth to my first child. They were very patient with me and gave me advice and tips on ways to improve the dogs behavior and.....IT WORKED!

The clinic was great. I dropped them off at 7:30 A<, and returned at 5 PM to pay and pick up my dogs. Their teeth were thoroughly cleaned, and the doctor gave us some oral gel to use on the dogs' teeth. One thing they could have done better, was to transcribe the doctor's notes. The notes were near inscrutable and needed interpretation by a nurse. The next day, my little Chihuahua had a noticeable wheeze, so I called the clinic. They asked me to bring the dog in immediately. The doctor was very thorough and prescribed some antibiotics, so that the wheeze did not become pneumonia. Either the tube or the anesthesia had irritated my dog's lungs and caused some fluid build-up. This was not the vet's fault; it is common in very small dogs. The medicine worked, and my little dog is healthy as ever.

You won't find a more caring and skilled vet. He is accurate in his diagnostic and treatment skills. He truly cares about animals and it shows in his dedication.
