Joy Flower Shoppe

Description of Work: I went into the shop(didn't just call them on the phone) and asked if they could do a large beautiful arrangement the same day. I told them it didn't matter what time it was delivered because the party didn't start until that night anyway. The lady(owner) hesitantly said if it doesn't matter the time she would do it. She even wrote on the order that I wanted grand looking. I paid the $77.00 and left. The arrangement was delivered about 5pm that evening and it looked like about a $25-35 arrangement. The vase was like you would $1 for at Walmart, the ribbon around the vase was as tacky and cheap as a dollar store arrangement and it was the size and look of a $20 bouqet from the grocery store. I asked the opinion of others before calling and without telling them how much I paid. They said about $25. I called Joy Flower Shoppe and the man that works there answered. I told him in a nice manner I was dissappointed with the arrangement that it looked to be a $25-35 arrangement and that was all I said and his reply to me was exactly "Oh b*******, go to h***!" and then hung up on me. I was so stunned I didn't know what to do or say. My Mother-n-Law called them a couple days later to give them a chance and the owner lady said I was rude when I came in to place the order. She said what do you want me to do fire the guy? At the end of the conversation there was no apology made and all she said was she hoped we would use them in the future! Are you kidding me?
