They did a great job - and went well above what was hoped for: while taking off the serpentine belt from my Camry, they found that one of the supports for the alternator was broken. (Car must have been in a wreck by a previous owner.) Before completing the work, they let me know about the issue; they put everything back the way it was and recommended a welder literally around the corner from them to fix the support/mount. One of their mechanics came to the welder's site to loosen the belt and and remove the alternator; then, when the welding was completed, the mechanic came back and put everything on again. I was then able to bring the car back to their shop for them to complete the repairs. I was impressed by, and grateful for, their mechanic being given the time to go offsite to help in this situation.

The best quality service received. Very professional and honest. When to three different shops and by far, this shop provided most affordable, honest, and quality service. Now the car runs like a brand new car.

CHECKED THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM.  FOUND THE BATTERY WAS DEFECTIVE.  REPLACED BATTERY IN A TIMELY MANNER AND I WAS ON MY WAY.
I HAVE USED GRAVES AND STODDARD FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS AND THEY HAVE MY UTMOST TRUST.  ONE OF MY EARLIER EXPERIENCES INVOLVED MY ASSESSMENT THAT I NEEDED A TUNEUP.  AFTER THEY INSPECTED THE VEHICLE, IT ONLY NEEDED SOME MINOR ADJUSTMENTS AND NO TUNEUP!  FROM THAT POINT ON, I HAVE JUST CARRIED MY VEHICLE TO THEM AND SAID, "FIX IT".

They are honest, friendly and fast. I thought i had a $500 problem and it ended up being fixed for $60.

This car (1997 Acura) is a mess; he recommends replacing it as soon as I can. This is the third time I have been to Graves & Stoddard, and I have received excellent service and advice every time.

I've been using them for years and I find them trustworthy and honest. I could not recommend them more highly than I do. They are wonderful. They have been consistently more economical than other places and sometimes I've taken cars in for work and they have said that it didn't need that. They have saved me money by not doing things that I thought needed to be done. I've been using them for 15 years and they are my first choice.

My air conditioner in my car broke right as it started getting hot.  They fixed it and had the car back to me the next day. They have done several other services on my car and were professional, fast, and knowledgeable.

Overall, very pleased again with the service that Graves and Stoddard delivers with service for my `02 Maxima.  The guys here are very accomodating and friendly.  They are not the cheapest, but in my opinion they are not the most expensive either.  When I shop for car repair I don't want the cheapest, I want the job done correctly and for the shop to stand behind their work.  These guys do all of the above and I don't hesitate to recommend them.I definitely will use them again

I have used this shop for about twenty yars, and have recommended them many times. Their quality of work is excellent, prices are appropriate for the work done. They stand behind what they do. Friendly, honest, accurate, on time. Can't be beat. Not the cheapest, but the best.

This was "second opinion" after taking truck to Hammons Auto....what a mistake.
Graves Stoddard ran diagnostics and found that the problem was no where near as bad and Hammons had led us to believe.
The truck needed a new solenoid....that was all!  Lee called and let us know what the problem was and how much it was going to cost soon after they picked the truck up. The truck was fixed in a couple of hours.  Great service and HONEST!  Will definitely recommend them and use them again.

These guys are good. They know what they are doing. They have done work for me before on different vehicles. I have never had a problem with their work. If they fix it you dont have to worry about that problem anymore.
