There was a broken connection inside the laptop that made the keyboard not work. He repaired it in the time he said he would, and was pleasant and professional.

The establishment is spotless and professional-looking. Kenneth Smith was friendly and kind. He joked around with me. He is obvious skilled because I had really pushed a lot of buttons. I expected to pay: (he quoted prices beginning for major problems at $50 or $75 as the maximum) Still a bargain!! I suggest that you take your computer there; don't ask a relative or friend to fix the lap top. If you're like me, they will end up making a bigger mess. Free, people FREE! Just ask for a quote--you might have to cleave it overnight if they're busy, but it's worth it.
