Excellent follow up when I need help

After two long years, I was finally able to leave this cell provider.  I was stuck with them for two years because of the contract.  In my house, I was lucky to get 1 bar sometimes.  Many times, I couldn't get a signal at all.  It's not like I live out in the middle of nowhere.  I live in the city limits of Pearl near Highway 80.  You would think that I would have full bars in a location like that.

When I complained, I finally got them to drive to my house and check their signal.  Their response was something like "You are right, there's hardly any signal outside your house, so we're sure that you don't have a signal at all inside."  When I asked them what they were going to do about it, the response was "Nothing."

Once my contract was up, I left CSpire as soon as possible.

Overall I would give the an 'A' and the price is wonderful compared to other mobile providers. The service is wonderful I'v never had a drop call. But primarily it's a south-east based company and I haven't lived anywhere else so I don't know what it would be like to live in the rest of the country. Price is reasonable, very professional, very courteous, and I went to their stores so punctuality doesn't apply. For 2 phones with unlimited data unlimited calls cost me about $100 a month.

They’re good.  The coverage is great; I’ve traveled all over the United States, coast to coast, and have always had good coverage.
