We are very thrilled with them.  He took his time and took every spec out of the bottom of the pool.  He just did a wonderful job and he didn’t make any mess.  I couldn’t have asked somebody to be such a hard worker and more respectful; he was very respectful.  We are going to have him come out on a regular basis to service the pool from now on, so we are quite pleased.  He came on a Saturday and he and my husband talked about what they were going to do, and he was just highly professional.  We couldn’t have asked for nicer people.  It is really nice to have it turned over to somebody that is so amazing.  I am thrilled that he moved his business here from Lafayette, Louisiana, he is a nice man and we would recommend him to anybody.

Aquablue failed to recognize that our chorine pump stopped working which was the cause of repeated algal blooms.  The company poured multiple treatments of hundreds of dollars worth of algicide and shock in the pool at considerable expense.   This would cause short periods of time when the pool would clear.   We were also told by the employees that the water would be safe to swim in during these times.  A swimmer also ended up with an otitis externa infection (Swimmer's Ear).  We then cancelled service and found that the final invoice showed charges for multiple chemicals.  Some of these chemicals were for the previously mentioned shock and algicide which were worthless expensive temporary patches in light of the broken chlorine generator.  Another charge was for salt.  When we had our readings checked at a pool place we found that the salt level was too high which required multiple water infusions to decrease, at more personal expense.   Despite informing Aquablue of all of the problems they refused to adjust the final bill.  They also stopped returning phone calls at that time.  In the end the poor service forced us to learn to care for our pool ourselves which ended up saving money in the long run.  We then had a clear pool for the rest of the summer.

AuquaBlue used to be PoolTech until the owner passed away. His wife, Missy Ainsworth has changed the name to AugaBlue and is continuing the service.
